Right I do not want this blog ,for the next 6 weeks to be a woe is me and bore you all to death with the trials and tribulations of moving house, so i'll get it all out of my system now so I can focus on fluffy kittens, pink balloons, hunky knights on white steeds who will sweep me off my feet and my next new handbag. which part of the chain is weak? your house being sold or the house you want to move into. If its your house being sold *pah* on to the next one. Such a stunning house I give it an hour on the market. . .
It's the whole village full of tossers who all know each other and are moving into each others houses, numbers 2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 in the chain!(we were told the chain was short and uncomplicated) they've all decided they've been waiting too long to move (cos it took them all so bloody long to decide if they wanted en suite shower or bath or maybe a butler sodding sink)and have decided they can all move on the 25th on May to help out number 4, who's mortgage offer expires then!! to give you an idea of how long this lot have taken,it takes 6months for an offer to run out and number 4've extended twice already(and the estate agent only told me this today)!! So me, who've taken 3weeks from selling to buying is being told to be out in 3 weeks!! Mr Phoenix told the estate agents to go F***K themselves and his family were moving once and once only. HERE HERE.
Ha ha that rant was longer than my post... i need a drink :-)

I'd actually started to believe that my Gothic spells were working. Fuck it - I have the Vodka, you bring the mixers and I'll deal with the low-life (estate agents)
the vodka will be on the rock's, mixers will only delay the inevitable but feel free to deal with the low life in whichever way you please,preferably with something blunt!
just a girl-normally I am calm and rarely swear, believe me it takes a lot for me to lose my rag and I mean a lot. The last time I was this angry I'd just received tickets through my door for my husband to take his mistress on holiday the day after our 10th wedding anniversary!!

Mrs Gddik and I moved house 8 months ago, and we still haven't sold our old one.
I wouldn't mind so much, but there are two lots of grass (is the collective name for grass a "lawn"?) to cut, and I fucking HATE cutting grass.
We have two estate agents on the case, and they're supplying lots of viewings, but they've so far been shy of actually torturing any of them into buying.
What am I paying them for, exactly?
Tell them unless they pull their finger out then you'll market it elsewhere.they only seem to understand when you take their money potential away.
